Therapy
All relationships require work-starting with the one we have with ourselves. At Inner Truth Psychotherapy & Wellness, LLC, I work with both individuals and couples to help them recognize their own inner truth so that they can live the life they were meant to live.
I work with adults 21 up using a trauma-informed, mind-body-spirit approach that incorporates a variety of modalities and techniques such as: Person Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; EMDR; Emotional Freedom Technique(tapping) and other mindfulness and somatic practices.
I work with couples who are seeking to redefine their relationship, explore ethical non-monogamy, repair ruptures and those who just want to relate better to each other. I take an exploratory approach using a combination of Imago and experiential techniques that help couples to learn new ways of communicating, relating, resolving conflicts, and deepening their intimacy and connection to themselves and each other.

Clinical Supervision
I am a Maryland Certified Clinical Supervisor who provides weekly one-one clinical supervision for new social workers working toward their licensure in DC and MD.
I also provide professional consultation and coaching to clinically licensed social workers seeking ongoing support and professional development. Supervisees also benefit from my knowledge of teaching social work for over a decade at both Catholic University of America, in Washington, DC and the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work.

Mediumship
I have had the gift of clairvoyance and claircognizance all of my life. After experiencing a major spiritual awakening in 2017, I began deepening my understanding of my gifts and strengthening my ability to connect with those who have transitioned to the other side.
